- Appointments may be paid for in advance or at the time of the session; pre-paid appointments are non-refundable, but are transferable. No refunds will be issued for completed services or appointments.
- Appointments missed or canceled within 24 hours will be charged as if you had attended; appointment cancellations with at least 24 hours notice will not be charged.
- Payment for all classes must be received 14 days prior to the scheduled class date to ensure your seat.
- Class or workshop cancellations within 14 days will not be refunded.
- Class or workshop cancellations prior to 14 days will receive a credit towards a future class based on availability and similar cost.
