The Importance of Fitness

If you have found yourself in a battle within your own mind of whether you really need to start working out or not, the answer is simple, it is yes, yes you do.

During this article we are going to go over why being physically fit is good and how to start a pattern to ensure that you are going the proper times during your week, even around a busy schedule.

Eating healthy is just not enough, going out to get physical exercise in some form or another, is one of the best choices you could ever make, even if it is just going for a simple walk, it will not only improve your emotional health, mental health but, the over all health of your entire life.

The best place to start is to find a location that is easy to access, whether it is in the safety of your own house, a friends house or a local gym, either way, make sure that it is a place that is less than ten minutes from your residents, along with a safe feel to the energy, this is because you do not want to be steered away from going because it is too far away or you feel uncomfortable when you are trying to get some exercise.

Next, you are going to want to set at least an hour out of your day for proper fitness time. The general guideline for your health is to get at least 30 minutes of physical activity in each day on average, but you typically will need the full hour set aside to get yourself to and from the gym, along with any other pre-workout or post-workout routines such as stretching and showering. This can all be done either in the morning, the afternoon or at night before you go to sleep – no matter what part of the day you decide is best, you should always give yourself at lest an hour break out of the hustle and bustle of every day life to ensure that you are in the best shape.

Once you have found the place and time to go exercise, you should go at least three times a week and you should separate the days you go, allowing your body to be able to readjust to working out again before you push it too much.

Set daily, weekly and monthly goals, whether you are trying to lose weight, manage a healthy weight or gain muscle, setting goals will give you a reason to go out there every day and work your hardest, plus, once you see results it becomes a healthy addiction.

Being healthy and physically fit have many benefits you will see a boost in your confidence, other people will want to be around you more because of your confidence, your relationship will improve, your sex drive will be stronger, you will be able to last longer in the bedroom, your sleep will improve, your mental health will become easier to handle, you are less likely to suffer from depression or anxiety, you will become less fidgety, you will lower your risk of stroke and heart attack, if you are a smoker or drinker and are looking to cut down, exercising can help you in removing the toxins from your body and it will boost your immune system!
